A North Texas town is putting a six-month mandatory moratorium on the operations of new shops that sell electronic cigarettes.
The Mansfield City Council decided on Monday, October 14 that it would be holding a 180-day moratorium on releasing new business permits for shops that would cater to selling these kinds of products.
